Welcome to my blog. I've started recently collecting coins and as a main theme I've chosen astronomy and space travel. The knowledge about those particular coins is very fragmented and this site is a way of filling that gap. I'll post all my findings to create a complete (if possible) source of astronomy and space travel coins from around the world.
I'll start with the only coin that I have with me right now. Pictures are not perfect but I didn't want to take the coin out of the holder. It's obverse shows astronaut on Earth's orbit with Spanish ships sailing to America.
